Nothing, needs a new TV

I can't say enough good things about Chelsea, the general manager of the hotel. My stay was great and I just had a package get delivered late to the hotel, which was not the hotel's fault at all, but Chelsea not only found the package for me but sent it out to my address at no additional cost. She was quick and efficient in solving my issue and went above and beyond when she did not have to. It was much appreciated and I will be returning to this hotel because of this great service.

Nice hotel, good location. Clean room! Breakfast was better than expected and Brandi made sure we felt welcomed. Will stay here again when returning to Syracuse.

Liverpool location was great, the service desk employee polite and helpful, the breakfast staff ( Amy& Rae) were friendly, polite and very outgoing. The pool was clean and warm highly recommend place to stay.

It's a great location. A little disappointed that the pool was not open. Was surprised that there was a full-service restaurant and bar. Room was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was disappointing. The sausage was flavorless, the scrambled eggs and potatoes required LOTS of ketchup and hot sauce to make them semi-palatable. (I've had better breakfasts from an Army field kitchen). The fresh fruit was ok. The croissant I had was stale. Your experience may differ

The automatic front doors may the lobby very cold on cold days - poor idea for Upstate NY

Check in was a pleasure. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly, great smile and efficient! Directed us to the restaurant on site where we had really good food and a great server named Ashley!

Check in was easy

Bed was horrible so was the shower and over all space walls were paper thin and it sounded like a block party until 4am kids with no parents running wild and bumping music and yelling

Attendants were friendly and helpful.

Upon check in we were told that we had already checked in as we had just arrived. I had to change our check in time from 3:00 pm to between 4-5 pm online. Upon arrival the service attendant gave us a room which had already been occupied. After going back to the service desk and explaining the situation we were given another room.
