Me and my Mother had a long day on the road and we were surprised and happy to find out that the hotel had a restaurant/ bar! When we made our way to the bar our server/bartender JJ was absolutely fantastic. She made our experience absolutely perfect! Thank you JJ I hope you see this someday!! U Rule!!!!! B

"JJ was a rock star!"

JJ in the Restaurant was amazing. Customer service was on point, and was great with our family. The night prior she has a huge cheer squad come in and she managed the bar and service on her own with a smile. She rocked!

The room was amazing. The lobby clean and inviting. Brandi was awesome at the desk. She always had a smile. I loved the shuttle service. Jimmy and Bryan were excellent drivers. Got us to and from the Oncenter quickly. Jimmy had great restaurant suggestions as well. JJ was very friendly both at breakfast and at dinner the next night. She took the time to joke with us. On top the the hotel being amazing, they all made my stay and outstanding experience.

Best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk clerk welcoming, extremely polite and checked people in faster than expected. Brandi, was helpful and brightened my mood. Whatever she’s paid, I recommend double it. She’s worth it. The room was large, clean, kitchen stocked with coffee and bottled water. They have snacks and bev to purchase. Every amenity you would want at any hotel. The location is extremely convenient and everything about this hotel for exceeded my expectations. I don’t know what to say other than this is a hotel that will not disappoint.

JJ at the bar was too hilarious. She needs a promotion to bar manager and a good pay raise. The hotel should feel honored to have someone with such customer service skills and experience to represent them. This lady keeps a crowd happy. I would come back just to get a drink and a laugh from her. Thanks Holiday INN
