Holiday Inn & Suites Syracuse Airport - Liverpool by IHG

Beautiful hotel!! Our bartender Jen made our experience a night ill never forget with her upbeat energy! I wish the pool was open later than 10pm but truly an amazing night!

I stayed here one night earlier this week, passing through town on a road trip. It was fine. The outside facade looks nice (new/renovated) but the room was looking a bit dated. Bed was clean/comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have, but not a pot, dish or utensil in sight, so not sure how that would work unless you brought all of your own. Bathroom had a cheap fiberglass tub surround which buckled a bit when I barely pressed on it. Bathroom faucet was pretty corroded at the base of the faucet handles. Stain on the ceiling of the room. A fair amount of hallway noise traveled, but quiet enough at night to sleep. Price was fine (possibly cheaper since it was a Monday night).

They allowed me to check in early which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. The distance to everything I needed was perfect (i.e the mall, the Dome). The staff was very pleasant and remembered my family from my previous stay. Breakfast was ok.

I didn't like that the shower had very low pressure. The drainage was problematic as well. The shower gage turned off the water after going too far to make the water hotter. There was evidence of water damage in the bathroom.

Best free buffet breakfast ever! Rae and Tiana were so genuinely friendly, polite, helpful and fun to talk with! Their food was delicious- particularly the sweet potatoes with green peppers! The HI lobby was fresh and modern. Room was. Older part but still good. Price was great! Thanks!

Front desk was very kind, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast setup was very clean, stocked and tasted great! Drale, Rae and Amy did a great job!

Happened to stay here at the same time as what appeared to be a women’s Yale sports team. While here we visited the hotels maplewood bar and grill where we first met JJ as our bartender/waitress Friday evening. The food was excellent but the service was even better!! With a quick witted sense of humor she kept us entertained the entire time we were there! We then got the opportunity to see her in action the next morning as she was up bright and early serving breakfast with chef Rae and even though she was back working so early she had the same positive, attentive and humorous attitude as the night before! She also seemed to be catering to the sports team by herself while also taking care of the other breakfast guests as well!! Sometimes it’s the person who can make all the difference in making an experience memorable and in this case it’s JJ and Rae that will bring us back!!

I want to praise the breakfast team Rae Ellen and Drel for their outstanding breakfast. The made to order omelette were spectacular. As well the front desk immediately gave us another room when there a problem. Excellent service.

JJ was amazing thank you Ray and Chris as well. We will stay here again. Everything was great. The gentleman who checked us in at the desk last night was awesome as well. Great service great spot would highly recommend.
