"Wonderful stay!"

While traveling to upstate NY for Thanksgiving, my husband and I found this gem of a hotel to spend one night on the road. The room was spotlessly clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the bottled water was much appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn!

The breakfast staff (JJ and Drake) were phenomenal. They customized an omelette for me that was fantastic. JJ was very friendly and professional with all the guests. I only stayed for one night so I could utilize the airport shuttle they have and fly back home from a job I had. They also have a restaurant in the hotel that is reasonably priced with good food. I typically stay at Hiltons, but I was very impressed with the Liverpool Holiday Inn

Ashley was my server at the restaurant and she was great! Fantastic customer service you can tell she cares about all of her customers and even with it being busy she didn’t miss a beat food was great drinks were fantastic but the service was the best

"Wonderful night out"

Stayed here on businees for a few nights. Stopped in to the restaurant and had the rodeo burger which was delicious. Their bourbon selection is stellar espescially for a hotel bar. And Ashley is a gem behind the bar. She made the evening with her bubbly personality, great drinks, and even put her own money in the juke box to get a vibe going. Thank you for a wonderful evening I will definitely be back

"Great hotel and even better staff"

The staff was amazing and friendly. Jeff, Jim and Bryan were excellent drivers for the shuttle service. The lobby was clean and very inviting. My room was spotless when I got there and very spacious. Very good breakfast everyday and the onsite restaurant was great.
