I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the cleanest I've had in a while at a hotel, and the staff are all very helpful and informative. The 24/7 front desk and shuttle service were an incredible bonus. Thank you!

Been here 4 times now. Not one bad experience, always considerate, pretty quite, beautiful area, has a walking path. Close to stores in McKinleyville. Although no pets is posted.

"Hands down the best stay!!"

This was the absolute best stay we have had at any IHG hotel! The staff was extremely friendly the hotel was quiet and we were able to actually relax and sleep in some. On our second day the housekeeper skipped our room and when we returned from our day outing I called the front desk. Within ten minutes they came up with fresh towels and removed our trash. I have absolutely 0 complaints about this establishment. Great staff great location quiet and clean! Keep up the great work! We can’t wait to visit again!
