Good value for money. Easy access to touristic areas and dining options. Discounted parking right opposite the hotel.

Staff were the best

The room is apparently clean, especially the sheets and towels. But the rest of the room is very dusty, and the carpet is truly disgusting. It's impossible to be without shoes. Upon checking out, I received an intimidating response that I couldn't leave any bags because they didn't have space. However, while I sat down to write to customer service, other guests were coming to collect their bags, and they still hadn't accepted mine. I had to stay on-site to see if a manager could help. And nothing. Everyone is on vacation, and they left the receptionist, Janina, in charge. I think she's limiting her efforts, and I paid the cost of that.

From our initial greeting in reception to our final departure, the staff were so friendly and outgoing. The hotel is perfectly situated for central Glasgow

Good breakfast, clean, very close to bus station and not far from train. Very nice staff

Arrived at the hotel after an exhausting 11 coach trip. Check in was slow as the member of staff ignored us and spent her time talking in a foreign language to 2 guests she was checking in which took her well over 5 mins! Eventually another member of staff appeared and dealt with us. She was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay in a lovely room and breakfast was amazing! Will definitely book this hotel again.

We have just completed a three night stay in the Holiday Express Inn located on West Nile Street, Glasgow. First of all, what a great location close to numerous restaurants, shops, Central Railway Station, and the Buchanan Gallery. Whilst our room was fairly basic, it was comfortable and suited our requirements perfectly. Prices were reasonable, and a cooked breakfast was included in the price. All staff that we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Recommended

Awesome location. 1 block from hop on hop off bus stop, 5 min walk from Queen st train station. Breakfast was a wide variety of foods. Laura was friendly and efficient at front desk. Great stay.

The reception team went over and behalf in making my partner birthday memorable.. Thank you so much 😊. Definitely visiting again
