Holiday Inn Express Glasgow - City Ctr Theatreland by IHG

There was no air conditioning so we had to have our window open. It was loud, especially on Friday night.

The property is in a very convenient location considering its nearness to the train stations and because it is right in the city center. The property is nice and clean and the staff are nice as well. However, there was no air conditioner but a fan in the room allocated to us.

The Hotel was chosen as its close to the Bus Station. My first impression was on how friendly the staff were. The paperless check in and ease of checking in. Our room was spotless and it was good that room cleaning was available every day. The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice. On the last day we had our luggage stored as we weren’t leaving Glasgow to 11PM. All and all a very pleasant place to stay and would certainly use the Hotel again if we come to Glasgow. Thank you very much.

Was staying overnight for Glasgow Pride, staff were friendly and welcoming especially Laura who my friend and I had a lovely chat with. Our room was lovely and clean and beds are comfy. The buffet breakfast was extremely tasty as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Currently lying in a bed in a room with a window which opens a crack with views onto a wall. The lack of air and heat is overwhelming. A fan left on full blast when we came into the room was a clue that something is very wrong.. This is not a room - this is a prison cell. Don’t do it. Stay anywhere. But not here. You’ll regret it.

Decent enough place to stay if in town for a show. The room I had was spacious and quiet. Breakfast is ok for the money some other hotels look for 2-3 times as much. Staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful, heard a few giving guest recommendations for eateries.
