Holiday Inn Express Glasgow - City Ctr Theatreland by IHG

Very convenient for Buchanan bus station

It’s a good comfortable hotel with clean rooms and beds. Though for 4 people in room with 2 beds there is no space to walk in the room. The second bed goes wall to wall so you cannot walk to bathroom. The hotel offers a good breakfast spread so it is welcome. The hotel is centrally located so it makes it convenient

Not loving the Holiday Inn Express chain in the UK. Every one i’ve stayed at has had horrible breakfast and the staff are not the friendliest. The rooms are generally a lot smaller than ones in the US and Asia. The location of this hotel is super convenient close to main bus station and about a 15 minute walk to train station. You are smack dab in the middle of everything. Wifi is good but the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning in the rooms that should be standard for an IHG hotel.

Another great stay here at Holiday Inn Express. We stayed one night ahead of an early coach trip from the bus station. The location is fantastic, the service was consistently excellent, and the new option of having dinner delivered from DiMaggios next door was terrific
