Bed was a small double but comfortable. Evening food in the restaurant was a big disappointment. Excluding the evening meal the hotel offers good value for money.

"Wasn't bad"

I wasn't expecting the Hilton so it was a decent hotel given the price. The only improvement I would like to see is a better food menu and a thinner quilt cover, the one provided was too thick and I had the worst sleep as it was so hot.

We stayed for two nights at the Warwick location. We pre-booked the car parking space with my parking space via their app but save yourself the admin charge and just tell the staff you have a car and they will give you a discount code to use to pay for parking at the machine just inside the hotel entrance it was £5 a day. Staff are the foundation of this hotel - every one of the staff we met were helpful, friendly, professional. Anything we asked for like additional duvet toilet rolls were delivered to our room quickly without fuss. Breakfast was pretty good and plenty available with basic English breakfast items, continental , toast and pastries . The room was perfectly acceptable, clean and a good shower. The air conditioning however did not work in our room but was not an issue for us. My wife had her birthday during our stay and when the staff heard this they all came to sing to her along with a small cake, balloons and card - which was a nice touch and unexpected - showing they care for their guests and went that extra mile ! I don’t normally write hotel reviews but felt that the entire team were deserving a mention well done ! We did eat at the onsite McDonald’s one night but then ventured into Warwick for a meal at the Giggling Squid Thai restaurant which was delicious and highly recommend. - Uber charge was £5-£8 each way if you fancy a beer depending on time and availability but came almost instantly. Overall a great stay. - Thanks
