Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon by IHG

Arrived early and paid for car park with discount. Nice friendly receptionist who gave us a lot of help with bus times and how to get into Stratford or Warwick. On return we were checked in and asked which floor we'd prefer to have a room on. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food. We would stay there again

Short trip, 1 night menu wasnt great in terms of choice for tea. Hotel staff were great, couldnt do enough to help. Would def return if passing that way.

Covenant overnight stay near the m40

Bit far away from aminities.

Arrived at nearly midnight with 2 tired kids. No travel cot in our room, despite me calling up a week before and being told this had been confirmed and would be set up ready for us. The staff were all lovely but the hotel room smelled fusty and unclean. The room was tired and looked grubby. Premier Inn have never failed to have all our beds set up on arrival and generally feels a much better standard.

Staff are fantastic. Hotel is well below par. Location - at least a good 40 minutes walk into Warwick. Room - air con/ heating not working, so provided with a heater. No room service! We reported the problem with the heater at 9am this morning and said we would be out until 5pm. Returned to find heater in room and no room service. Spent next 15 mins waiting in reception to report this only to be told a report will be sent to housekeeping and someone will pop up with fresh towels and milk..... still waiting Ruined what was a lovely day. Goodness only knows what tomorrow will bring! Certainly won't be returning.

The hot breakfast was luke warm both day. Range of choice was fine

Enjoyed our stay there.
