Friendly staff. Room was thoughtfully arranged, clean, and comfortable.

Love staying here. We always stop off here on our way South (and again on our way North). We love that the hotel has a bar and excellent food available. We can also walk into Warwick (both in our 70s). There are local buses but we love the walk in. Internet brilliant. Beds comfy. Room spacious. What’s not to like. We back in two weeks too!

Everything was as expected and especially good for the price paid. Bar food and drink a little expensive and a really poor selection of beer. Staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Good selection of food for breakfast. Will definitely be back!!

Excellent location, proximal

All good except for breakfast which was poor.The choice was limited and the eating area unhygienic.

Slept really well, good quality mattress, air conditioning worked well too.

I stayed during the hottest few days of the year so far and was so pleased I stayed at this hotel as the air con in the room worked! The room was clean, breakfast was buffet style, both cold and hot food. The staff were friendly, overall a good hotel

Basic accommodation

We stayed over night at the hotel, the hotel we in a good location from the motorway and not far from warwick however we were able to check in 30 mins early ! we booked 2 rooms for 5 of us , the one room was ready when i asked when our other room would be ready the staff were very unhelpful and they said they were short staffed so couldn’t check in to much later! apart from the unhelpful and slightly rude staff the stay was ok

Very welcoming Nice clean comfortable room Advised on meal times etc We had a problem with a buyagift voucher and hotel receptionist Kelly was ver helpful with advice and emails. The problem has not been sorted, with no fault to Kelly or other staff
