The view of the Lake from the room was fantastic.

The lakeside cabins lack privacy as passersby can see clearly through the ceiling to floor windows.

They recognized our significant anniversary with a thoughtful surprise in our room, the bed with pillow-top mattress was very comfortable, they provided extra espresso as needed, they had excellent glacial water on tap, and the grounds were beautiful. Getting a massage came with access to the luxurious spa facility that had a lounge with a postcard view of the lake. The lodge is in a secluded area yet the town is an easy drive away.

The room was too warm upon arrival.

Dark Sky park, Dark Sky Festival, only lodging inside the Park and it had flood lights! People are lovely. Room was nice. Restaurant was ok, better for breakfast than dinner, nice art gallery: BUT THERE WAS NO DARK SKY PLACE ON THE PREMISES. Seriously ! They had a potio by a heated pool for people to lounge around but no place to be in the dark watching the sky! Flood lights all over! Guest windows open and lit! Other than stumbling around the lake to find a dark spot (very unsafe, lots to trip over) I could not find a nice dark place in this designated Dark Sky Park in the fancy Fairmont. BTW they have an awesome Golden Retriever greeter.

Location was great and the property was nice.

Front desk staff was rude. Ongoing construction and lost power for multiple hours. Hotel did nothing to compensate their guests.

La réception a été peu accueillante, livrée à moi même pour trouver ma chambre. Surclassement payé pour avoir une meilleure chambre finalement, 2 petite fenêtres dans la chambre qui donnent sur le parking de la Landry, moquette au sol et absence de ventilation (2 vielles fan qui font un bruit fou toute la nuit) Restaurant peu accueillant également. Séjour tout à fait ordinaire dans un hôtel 4 étoiles… absolument pas normal !!

Die Lage des Hotel ist traumhaft. Man kann von dort die Stadt Jasper sowie alle wichtigen Park Attraktionen erreichen. Nette Seen direkt am Hotel

Wir hatten ein Zimmer das wohl vor kurzem einen Wasserschaden hatte. Eine fahrbare Klimaanlage lief permanent. Sobald man diese ausschaltete roch das Zimmer muffig. Das Reinigungspersonal lies auch immer die Hintertür des Zimmers offen damit die Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer abziehen konnte (nicht ideal wenn man eine Parktour macht und Wertgegenstände im Zimmer sind). Ausserdem wurde immer das Licht im Bad angelassen damit auch dort die Lüftung lief. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer produzierte eigentlich nur unter 0C. Dies führte dazu das die vom Personal im Kühlschrank gelagerte Creme für Kaffee (wie auch unsere Privatgetränke) gefroren waren und weggeworfen werden mussten. Der Parkplatz auf dem wir unser Auto parken sollten war ca 100 Meter entfernt und immer überfüllt sodass wir irgendwo parken mussten. Darüber hinaus sind die Vortüren verzogen und müssen zugeschlagen werden was einen immer daran erinnert das andere Menschen das gleiche Schicksal teilen. Auch das Duschen der Nachbarn war jederzeit sehr gut zu hören.Dies für 1000€ für 2 Nächte ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit.

This is a beautiful hotel located beside the lake.. it’s very scenic and has stunning views.. service is great and food is good
