Muy buen lugar desgraciadamente los meseros de la alberca si vas de otro hotel no les gusta atenderte hoy sí me quedé con amargo sabor del personal pero en general todos bien el tácido que puedes ir a los demás hoteles como huésped

Pool staff bruno, jose and antelma at front desk outstanding as well as adan bellboy

Food in restaurants totally average nothing outstanding, housekeeping basically just does the beds , they didnt even forgot two days to leave coffee The breakfast the last 2 days terrible all juices watered out

La atención del personal es excelente. La comida en los restaurantes es mejor que en los otros dos hoteles (Princes y Palacio). Es tranquilo y cómodo.

Que los perros de los demás visitantes entren a los restaurantes y se orinen por todos lados.
