Me pareció fabulosa la atención del personal de la recepción y en el área del restaurante en el que se ofrecen las cenas, no lo presentaron como el área del bar.

Me gusto mucho el tipo de alimentos que ofrecen en el desayuno, aunque los trabajadores se tardan mucho en volver a surtir lo que se va acabando, me gustaría que siempre estuviera la tostadora en el área del pan.

El bufete de desayuno muy malo poco variedad y algunos alimentos disueltos en agua como la crema y los frijoles No hacen quesadillas que es básico en cualquier bufete. Muy poco personal en las instalaciones por lo tanto el servicio muy lento y las instalaciones fuera de servicio el congelador del restaurante descompuesto El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones muy poco potente y en general las instalaciones muy viejo. No volveré en mucho tiempo

La arquitectura es preciosa y los cuartos del fondo tienen una vista increíble.

Aunque cuentan con 3 restaurantes, los fueron cerrando hasta que solo se podía comer en la misma cafetería de carta reducida y mal servicio.

Gracias, anticipadamente pedi camas firmes lo mismo que almohadas, fueron las mismas XXX. Le deje recado a la camarera que nos dejara 3 cafes minimo ya que eramos tres huespedes y que fueran descafeinados.... NO los dejo tres y MENOS descafeinados. Tuve que llamar A DONDE FUERA, ya que solo sirve UNA de las opciones que estan en el telefono, despues de mas de media hora con una segunda llamada fueron a dejar el cafe que tenian, NO tenian descafeinado y un tanto de malas. El desayuno ERA muy bueno ahora realmente NO TANTO. Hotcakes, pan frances y wafles de terrible calidad. El hotel es bueno pero creo que si han bajado la calidad en todos los servicios. Un dìa mi habitacion la hicieron a las 5.00 de la tarde!!!

El desayuno no fue del todo bueno.
