Todo increíble durante la estancia. Lo único que no me encantó fue que la playa está muy sucia ... Entiendo que es zona federal, pero si está muy descuidada deberían solicitar a las autoridades mayor vigilancia y limpieza.

Pool service very slow and food from the pool restaurant totally average the bar is pretty average just two tvs and never live music Tabachines is the only restaurant option fot dinner it is good but quite expensive Tennis courts are available but at a cost

Nos desalojaron del hotel por amenaza de huracán y la pasamos en un albergue y nunca me ofrecieron regresar el dinero que de gasto en el hospedaje

El hotel es más tranquilo

No me gustó la persona que realizó la limpieza, los vasos los dejo en el baño, y cuando fueron a limpiar el agua que entró cuando llovió, sus trapos o toallas las pusieron en el comedor y no secaron completamente

Es linda la propiedad pero me pareció muy costoso para el servicio y beneficios o atenciones recibidas. Las instalaciones deben ser renovadas urgentemente. El servicio y variedad de buffet para desayunos es limitado o promedio. Empleados tristes y poco capacitados.

Reserve 2 cuartos y me dieron habitaciones en 2 edificios diferentes aunque no estaba lleno. El personal de check in muy desatento. Encontré una chinche y la capture, llamé y nadie fue ni me llamó a los 40 minutos volví a llamar y molestos me dijeron si quería cambio de habitación o que cambiaran las sábanas. Eran las 12 de la noche pedí que alguien me ayudara a cambiar, mandaron a un bell boy que no quería ver la chinche y me dijo que eso era del jardín. Nadie mostró mínima empatía. Estaba con mi hija y me fui temprano al día siguiente. También en el buffet mala atención ni cafe me ofrecieron tuve que pararme yo por la jarra. Hablé con el gerente y me dio la razón y me fui. Ni un mensaje ni nada. Tengo fotos y tristeza porque es un hotel al que fui desde niña. Da pena ver tan vacío Acapulco y los empleados acabando con el turismo. El valet parking muy atento.
