Fairmont Gold experience excellent 5 Star service. Neha greeted us at arrival to the Gold Floor and was so hard working and helpful with our first stay in Calgary. Jameson also was very informative and attentive. Neha even saved desert for us to enjoy in our room after returning from her recommended dinner. Earlier we enjoyed the comfortable lounge and snacks after long travel day. Our room was a King in the 7 th floor corner and perfectly appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend the Gold at this Fairmont
