I originally booked for Tuesday night, then needed to change plans for Wednesday night. That cost me 100 bucks more as apparently the rooms are more expensive on a Wednesday rather than a Tuesday. When I got to the room, the blinds were not in good repair, gray dirty water came out of the hot tub, darkening the color of water circulating. Breakfast apparently is not included at this best Western so that was an additional $20 on top of the hundred dollars. I already paid to book on a Wednesday for a room that wasn’t in good repair. The icing on the cake? There’s a giant tour bus that comes right next to your room and beeps it’s horn at 5 AM multiple times. Nowhere even close worth the price to stay. Buyer beware.

I had a jacuzzi suite for 3 days. I had to ask the staff to reclean the jacuzzi because the first time I went in the tub, there was a dirt ring around the top. They did clean the jacuzzi but did not discount my stay in any way. At the height, I paid $280/night. I would expect basic cleaning standards as part of such a high rate. I also don't understand why the rate fluctuated each night I was there. I would expect a standrad rate throughout the stay.
