It’s really 4 1/2 stars. Very nice hotel. Staff is very good. Average breakfast place. My room nice size. Comfortable. Location is decent. Needs grab bars in the shower-slippery. No q tips, shower caps slippers, etc provided. Seriously? this grade of hotel should have these

Quiet, clean, close to the convention center, however, I had a short meeting at the restaurant on the front of the hotel, $30 for a glass of house wine and a can of IPA... really? the lady serving was nice and I felt ashame to leave her only $3 tip, but now the bill was $33, translated to Canadian $$$, equals $45... wow, for a glass of wine and can of beer... !!!
