The rooms are very dated carpets thread bare

This has to have been the dirtiest and most dated hotel we have ever stayed in. Also not cheap. Carpets were filthy walls were filthy. Stairs up to our room. As for the bathroom the smell was unbearable. And filthy also. The tiny tv in our room didn’t even work properly one of the managers came and got some channels working but it hadn’t been set up right. Twice we complained and still waiting on a manager to contact us. No soundproofing so we heard the man upstairs every time he did the toilet. Every foot step as floor boards upstairs were all loose and creaked. The room for breakfast was dark and dingy. You stuck to the tables as they were that dirty. The seats were filthy and covered in goodness knows what. I asked for a fried egg at breakfast before I selected my food only to be told after I’d almost finished eating it that the chef had said he can’t do me a fried egg as he was too busy cooking. Even though there was a sign to say if you want other eggs just ask. Please AVOID this hotel. There are so many other beautiful hotels in Perth to stay.

Cleanliness & friendly staff.

Rooms a bit dated they need an upgrade. Beds were comfortable enough but only had one pillow each.
