Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester Henrietta

Great stay!

There are no words, photos speak for themselves. We did not end up staying and moved to a place down the road. Hilton did refund our money. Completely disgusting/ and a serious health hazard. I typically only write reviews for good ratings but people need to know not to stay here.

Rooms are spacious, clean. But they seem to short of towels.

Overall very lovely hotel and close to everything. It had a certain smell to it like air wasn’t properly circulating in our room, one bathroom fan didn’t work and one of the doors was as broken. The breakfast wasn’t great. We did let staff know. Maintenance did come and resolve the issue with the fan but not the door.

Stuff arrogant and unfriendly. We asked for our room to be cleaned, and nothing was done. Rooms could use fresher bed sheets and a change of pillows.

Room had more amenities than we expected. There were no bath towels in the room when we arrived and a hat and box of qtips on the eating table which we assumed was from the last guest. The toilet also did not work properly. We had to open the tank and push the plug down. Complimentary breakfast was better than most and the location was convenient for us.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast, comfortable bed, good location. Gym was ok.

Rooms were quite small. Small bathroom. Outdated decor, and old cable only Tv. Fridge, microwave, mirrors, etc were dirty. Small pool. No hot tub.

Not bad,

Dishwasher wasn't working. The faucet wasn't working properly.
