Homewood Suites was roomy, clean and had everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay. It’s was 5-10 minute drive to colleges, supermarkets restaurants and stores.I would definitely stay again!

Overall, the property was presentable and satisfied our lodging needs. Our room had not been vacuumed in some time, as under the bed was dirty/dusty. The manager on duty the afternoon/evening we checked in didn't seem to be very friendly. However, when we checked out the next day, the attendant at the desk was a lovely young woman who greeted us, while multitasking other desk duties. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

Everything, our room smelled like smoke, it never was cleaned, we had to always ask for towels and wash clothes which were never ready, we had to go back to the front desk to pick them up. This place was terrible.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room was upgraded to a suite with 2 king beds instead of 2 separate rooms. Maria was wonderful. It was quiet, conveniently located, and an ideal place to stay.

As a Hilton Honors Member, I have come to expect better than this. I had a three night stay. The first morning I found that the shampoo bottle was COMPLETELY empty after I was already in the shower. I later took it to the front desk to show them it was empty - not just low but EMPTY - and the response was tepid. "Oh, sorry about that." But I assumed that they'd take care of it. I went out the next day and when I got back late in the evening it hadn't been replaced. I called the front desk and told them I had no shampoo. "Oh, sorry, I'll let housekeeping know." The third day, when I STILL DIDN'T HAVE ANY SHAMPOO, I went back to the front desk and was told, "Oh, sorry, I'll make a note of that." Never at any time did they offer to just bring me some shampoo. I washed my hair with body wash while I was there. The toilet seat was broken and I almost fell off every time I used it. The tub was extremely slippery, but there was nothing to grab - no towel bar, no grab bar, no shower door handle, nothing. Every time I got in there to take a shower, I nearly slipped and fell. When I mentioned this to the front desk, again the response was, "sorry about that." Don't tell me you're sorry, SHOW me you're sorry by making it right. Sadly they never bothered to do that.
