Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter

Lindsey and Vanessa were outstanding servers in the bar and restaurant. The food was not good in the restaurant. My room was nice, comfortable bed. Quiet on the ninth floor.

Great location for the Conference Center and very nice accomodations. The staff were great, especially the bartenders Lindsey & Vanessa. Very knowledgable and great attitudes!

Lindsey and Vanessa were very hopeful and steak tacos were great! The food was quick and hit the spot. Good draft beers that were local.

This is a very good hotel at the right price. The rooms are very quiet and relatively updated. The staff is attentive and cleans up daily. I would suggest more lighting in the bathroom since the shower is a bit dark. The beds are comfortable, but instead of queen beds, I have noticed many Hilton hotels are shifting to doubles, which is annoying when traveling with family. The gym is good, albeit a bit cramped and the pool clean and was very warm. In wintertime, the sun sets on the pool about 3pm - FYI. We also enjoyed the courtyard outside of the building with the large chess set. The knock other than my critique of hotels with double beds is that valet seems pricier than it should for this location - it’s the same as some of the resorts on Coronado - but the wait time for the valet is only a few minutes, which is good. Finally the hotel is walkable to everything in Gas Lamp and you can walk to a great kids park or if you want to stretch it, the USS Midway.

What a beautiful hotel! We had an amazing trip even though it was only for one night! The guest rooms are very nice and I can’t even begin to describe the front desk staff!! Trevor went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute changes to our reservation prior to arrival and was a complete “Rock Star!” Then you have both Ashley and Kiaunie that were an absolute delight as well ❤️ You could not ask for a better team to welcome you and take care of all of your needs with such professionalism and friendly care! While staying at the Hilton Gaslamp we dined at the restaurant. Vanessa was our server and she was amazing and so friendly. Her service was a HOMERUN. Thank you Vanessa.

The hotel was great. But what really stood out was the above and beyond service from Lindsey and Vanessa at the bar in the lobby!

Lindsay was a wealth of knowledge and information. She was very helpful making numerous suggestions for my stay in San Diego. She was a joy to talk as her and Melissa made my first night in San Diego awesome

Loved the bar. Chill atmosphere. Amazing bartenders Lindsey, Cat, and Carl. The bar is perfect for business, friends, dates. Good food. Great Caesar salad.

Sensational experience from check-in to check-out! I’m terrible with names, but, between Melissa (bar) and Beck(?) at the front desk, I’m genuinely gonna’ sign up for your honors program and start staying with you y’all more frequently during my travels. 10/10 would recommend.
