I am absolutely livid about my stay here, it was a very special occasion marking my brothers death anniversary. My daughter and myself were trapped in a tiny lift with another guest for over 20 minutes. My daughter was traumatised. When staff were approached they said “we can’t control the lifts” I was late for the family meal. The iron didnt work, when I tried to call reception…. The phone didn’t work. The shower was absolutely disgusting with dirt and pubic hairs. (I have taken pictures) I wouldlike a full refund for my stay here or I shall be reporting the holiday inn and booking.com to trading standards. This was an extremely unpleasant stay at a very emotional time for my daughter and myself!!!!

Trapped in lift with my child. Staff were unbothered by this completely . Shower was disgustingly we actually showered down at the pool area. Dirty water in kettle Iron didnt work Phone to reception didnt work
