Hotel could really do with a face lift / refurb.

Had a wonderful time. Pool was fantastic. Spa was nice. Good service, staff very helpful.

Nice hotel, about 10 years ago. The staff were great, but the hotel lets itself down as it is just too old and tatty. The walk to the beach was fine. But trying to get a sunbed on the beach front is near impossible, unless you want to get up at 0630 with certain guests!! and leave your towels there. Very disappointing to see a lot of these beds were not actually used all day, just empty with a hotel towel draped over them. I asked security to move them but understandably they couldn't due to security claims etc. The pool is old as the tiles are coming away from the walls and floors. There are no toilets around the pool, so you can get an idea where people go, especially around the swim up bar. Booked a taxi through expedia. Cost 35 pounds. We could never get hold of the company both from England and in Egypt to arrange transfers. Still have to claim this back. Also, be very careful when booking all inclusive as for some reason when i booked it stated all inclusive. When i got to the hotel i was Bed and Breakfast only.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Beautiful hotel in great location! Definitely looking forward to going back.

This is a very nice hotel. There are two hotels, one on the ocean side of the road and the other across the street. The pools are beautiful. There are a lot of them so you have a great deal of privacy and quiet. There are pools for families and others for adults. A very nice place.

I booked the hotel on B&B basis. Staff seemed to be not ready for people without wristband with all inclusive. They made me feel like it was a hassle for them having to fill a bill for me to sign. I was also told off by the man in charge of the towels because I failed to bring them back the night before. Was it be accuse I am a woman? Or because they have no customer service skills?

This was out first resort holiday and we really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was kept clean by the staff who were pleasant and very helpful. Hilton Dreams is complimented by Hilton Fayrouse which is situated across the road and has an amazing beach. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was an open buffet. not to everyones taste but ample choice to cater for all.

everything was too much trouble! Not all inclusive so it was a palava waiting to sign for every single drink. Couldn't set up a tab, i think they thought i would run away!! asked to pay for a late check out - NO! can i just use another room maybe if mine is booked the same day NO! anything you can do for me or suggest? NO! At 12.03 they came knocking to throw me out, i stayed poolside by my room and they finally went in to clean it about 4pm. So much for no chance of a later check out!

Really had a wonderful time would like to go back to the hotel again.

Very good resort, I will stay agian next time. The tv was not LED on my room
