Hotel is excellent comparing to others in same budget. The best of all is the staff. Specially the assistant front desk manager (Tamer Elhabrouk). He is really trying together with his colleagues to give the guests the best and unforgetable experience ever in the hotel by solving any problem. I am strongly recommend this hotel.

"this property needs a major rennovation."

there were cockroaches in the bathroom. the central AC didn't work. very bad choice.

"You get what you pay for"

The best thing about this hotel is its location: you can walk to the main strip of Naaama Bay in 5-10 min. The private beach is across the street and nothing spectacular. If you like seeing colourful fish and scuba, then you might be pleased. I was able to upgrade to all-inclusive for $40 per night, which got me two extra meals (lunch & dinner) and free drinks (local spirits and wine only). The local spirits / wines are terrible and the food is both limited and mediocre. You can only eat for free at one restaurant and the snack bars. The waiters are also highly impatient and will remove your plate (even if full of food) if you leave your table for even 2 min to go get a drink or other items from the buffet. Several times my unfinished meals were taken away. I found this hugely frustrating. The rooms are badly in need of upgrading, although the grounds are pretty and well maintained.

"Not bad considering the rate ."

Gym opens at 9 !!!, the breakfast is not bad at all , walking distance from the beach but u have to cross the road .

"Such a shame!"

We have been visiting Hilton Dreams for many years and it saddens me to write that the quality and overall standard of this hotel has gone down hill. It used to be a nice hotel with a good location and fantastic service. Now it looks old and dated with a need to be more organised with their restaurants and food quality. What I can't take away from this hotel is that the staff always try to please and are always as helpful as possible.

"Avoid this hotel"

We booked this hotel thinking it was 5* but it was worst then 2* at least the 2* u know wat ur getting. The rooms where in bad condition, Ac making noise, floor tiles breaking, no customer service and above all no free wifi, had to pay 18 English pounds for 72hours on 1 mobile and the reception was very bad. Complained about Ac noise but staff took no notice, had to call for house keeping to change bed sheets and was charged. Overall avoid this hotel, dnt think it a real Hilton 5* hotel.

"Disappointing"

I'm not into writing big reviews. The All inclusive was rubbish cheap nasty drinks the snack bar had 1 thing a day burger n chips 1 day hotdog n chips the next day ect ect. Icecreams were extra charge . The water park next door looks almost derelict and is an extra charge . Very poor entertainment . But on the plus side the staff were very good probably the best thing about the hotel.
