Overall I would highly recommend. Everything is unforgettable. Plenty to eat. It also has 4 other restaurants to dine in.

1st time all inclusive and I was very happy with the Hotel overall. Nearby Shops and Markets very interesting but too many of the traders hassle and annoy you, especially if you are on your own. Lots of different restaurants to choose from. Sharm Casino is very poor; no local currency allowed, only US dollars. If you bring Stirling then you have to change to US dollars and THEN buy chips!

every thing was excellent. the only remark relates to some guests' behavior at the pool and the open buffet. you need to install bigger signs with the pool etiquette & food hygiene (some guests were picking food with their bare hands). some waiters were not paying attention or were busy making plates and tea for ....? location is excellent. housekeeping is excellent. reception staff, concierge and security are all helpful smiling courteous.

I stayed there with my family (wife and two boys, 8 & 9). All of us had great time. We also found several families there from Egypt, UK and eastern Europe. We chose the half board option (breakfast and dinner only) and it turned out to be perfect for us (we do not drink alcohol). There is a nice supermarket outside the hotel and we bought extra juice and snacks for the kids for the day time while they are either at the pool or at the beach. The beach is great and awesome snorkeling while the water si just knee high (ideal for small kids). Of course you can always go deeper. We also had tickets to Cleopark as a bonus. We went there twice since we already had the tickets, but I would not recommend buying tickets for it though if you have to pay for them. I think between the pools and the beach, you should have enough water fun. In summary, I would certainly recommend it and would go there again in a heart beat.

Excellent hotel, great facilities, great staff and fantastic security. Each member very helpful and understanding. Prompt service each time. Minor points would perhaps be the food was bit basic and more choice should have been on offer, drinks often were late or forgotten, and I would have liked the snack and drink and ice-creams to have been available all day. Otherwise a brilliant place to stay.

The shower in the room is of poor quality not fit for 3 star let alone 5 star hotel (disapointing)

Booked a King Deluxe Room with advance payment. On arrival I asked to upgrade to a pool view to be near friends. The front desk staff told me I would be able to do so, but then instead of charging me the difference, I was charged for the full cost of the room. Finally after waiting for an hour for the staff to fix it, they decided to credit me for things I might use in the hotel. Did not end up using anything and had to be refunded in the end of the stay which took another hour for them to figure out. Also, was put into a room with twin beds and told they could convert it king bed. Finally got transferred to a king bed. Frustrated after the whole paying twice debacle. Other than that the place is old and the tiles in the bathrooms are broken sloppily repaired with grout. This is not a 5 star hotel... 3 at most-- especially compared to the real 5 star places like Stella Di Mare, Ritz Carlton, etc. Horrible breakfast, horrible food at the bar.

Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort The cleanliness of the hotel and its grounds are great but I would not come here again as there was loud techno music blasting from the poolside bar all day which ruins the atmosphere and its hard to relax and read a book. Some of the songs had explicit lyrics which I thought was inappropriate considering there were a lot of young children in the pool. I found the staff very attentive and helpful though I thought the spa staff and diving reps were a bit too pushy and they would not accept no for an answer and I found it quite tiring saying no several times when they tried to sell me massages or treatments from the spa. I eventually had a massage at the spa and it was a very good sports massage unfortunatly I treated myself to a Turkish style scrub which was anything but relaxing and he rubbed my skin raw which left me in agony and unable to sunbathe for a few days. I have had proper Turkish baths in Turkey so I know the difference between a good one and a bad one. The food was good but mostly catering for Arabic and Russian tastes which is fair enough as that's who most of the clientele seem to be.
