Breakfast average, although waited 20mins for poached eggs!

No kippers!

Breakfast was excellent Room clean and comfortable. But positioned right above delivery point for kitchen /5 am to 5.30. am deliveries/ Not good .

Bar very good and staff helpful and friendly

Main areas of hotel too warm, facilities need updating , bathroom in room small and shower curtain in bath kept adhering to person showering.

They said about room service however didn’t say that is I don’t have a card pre approved on the account all room service would have a £5 charge on it. The main light in the room didn’t work and only found out late at night. The hairdryer didn’t work and was hardwired in so couldn’t try a different plug. Both issues could have been solved by a quick room check by the house keeping team.

View from hotel room exceptional. Would recommend paying the extra cost for a room with a sea view, the alternative is overlooking the rear of the hotel and the car park. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice and able to have a lovely sea view. Leisure club very nice, lovely pool and sauna in changing rooms.

A lot of the hotel is looking shabby and in need of a fresh coat of paint, the main reception was being painted when we stayed but the stairwells elsewhere were worn and paint peeling off the walls. Please bear in mind that the rooms are only serviced every three days, we had to keep asking at reception for additional milk and coffee sachets and had to wash the mugs provided in the bathroom sink. Although the hotel advertises it has a restaurant on site we were told on arrival that we couldn't have any evening meals in it as it was reserved purely for coach parties. No air conditioning in room, the window opened but it was warm in the room even on a cool May night.

Swimming pool, the breakfast check in staff fabulous majority of staff in lookys great there was one young girl that needs to change jobs as she appeared so unhappy but apart from her in lookys the staff were great

Appart from 1 staff member it was great, was a bit weary as taxi driver referred to it as faulty towers but does not deserve the reputation

Tired looking rooms, soulless reception area. Tea and coffee not replaced everyday. In need of full refurbishment.
