Breakfast was nice. Looky’s bar was lovely with reasonably priced food and beers. Casino on site along with leisure facilities. Parking facilities are spacious and off road behind hotel. Rooms were comfortable enough for our use.

Been staying there during TT practice week for many years. Rooms have not been updated in over the 10 or so years I have stayed there. Shower temp is difficult to keep at comfortable temperatures. Safe did not work and balcony door did not lock. There was damp and flaking paint above the balcony door. We reported the issue with the safe and it was never looked at as far as I am aware. The issue was certainly not resolved. We were told that staff could not enter the room to investigate if we were not in it at the time. Rooms were only cleaned every three days and towels were only changed once during our 5 day stay. Cleaners enter the room without our presence and leave the door ajar whilst carrying out a quick clean so Gail to see why the maintenance team couldn’t?

Easy get to on the bus from the train station, quick and simple check in service. Breakfast was good, Clean tidy rooms. Great sea view.

Manx Kippers not on the breakfast menu, Balcony could do with a bit of a lick of paint and a tidy up.
