"Lovely staff, nice clean room and we loved the pool."

I took my 7 year old for a staycation. It was lovely. He loved the pool and looky's. Shame the main dining room was closed. We had a nice room on the 4th floor, no view but that didn't matter to us. Really good price for the night and lovely breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed the stay.

Only that the big dining room was closed, but looky's was still really nice.

"The Isle of Man is so beautiful but expensive. And the gaiety theatre shouldn’t be used for school Dane productions x"

Room was excellent, looksy restaurant was amazing, fantastic food x

Reception should be at the front facing the promenade, not tucked away in the car parking area.

"Mostly more enjoyable and better facilities than the premier inn (similar price)"

Plenty of milk pots for coffee/tea, a fan as the room was sun facing for many hours so heated up a lot, vegan/environmentally friendly soaps, firm but comfortable mattress, bed sheets were a nice quality

Heating was on so room boiling as it was in the sun, the window being so big was difficult to maneuver, door connecting it to room next door so could hear their conversations

The room was with a sea view and you could see all the bay and ferry terminal - great. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and a very helpful staff member called Jennifer.

The shower in the bathroom was not easy to use with two separate taps and a fixed height nozzle. Instructions for use were confusing. Leisure facilities were accessed by going outside - not great when it was raining, but appreciate it would be difficult and costly to alter.
