"For a mid-level chain hotel, this place was very good."

The location was right off I-71, convenient to find and close to the event we were attending. There were self-service carts to transport luggage, the room was clean, fairly spacious, the heat/AC worked and wasn't loud, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was the usual prepared buffet eggs, breads, cereal, etc. The dining area was also available for sitting around and chatting anytime of day. We were there with several other couples for a memorial service and weekend of family reunions. Having this place to gather after each day's event was nice. It's not fancy but large enough that we could all sit and chat. The facility was kept swept and the staff were all nice. We didn't use it but there is an indoor pool.

The fire alarm (false alarm) went off fairly early one morning getting us all up. The pastries offered at breakfast were way too sweet and otherwise not tasty. Suggest they stick with toast.

The staff were all amazing- every individual, I encountered was courteous and helpful and showed great pride in their work. David, you rock! The hot savory breakfast choices could be more healthier. The room carpeting can use a cleaning (shampooing, not just vacuuming, to wash away some of the embedded foot/body odor that lingers in the room). Bedding and towels all perfect.
