We liked the pool and it was clean. The beds were comfortable.

Check was at 3. They didn’t have our room ready until after 4. The lobby was full of people waiting on rooms it was ridiculous and they did nothing to compensate not being ready. None of the rooms were clean that’s what we were waiting on. I also didn’t care for breakfast in the morning, not many options for kids and no breakfast meats, just surprised me not as big a deal as the waiting forever.

Nothing at all! Worst Service ever from a hotel team

I had one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. After making and paying for my booking on Booking.com, I arrived at the front desk only to be met with horrible service from a gentleman (I believe his name is Adam). From the start, he couldn’t even look us in the eye or speak to us in a professional manner. Instead of representing the hotel brand with any courtesy, he blamed the day team for “not cleaning enough rooms” and told us it wasn’t his fault. To make matters worse, he had the audacity to say we shouldn’t be upset about the situation. The absolute breaking point was when Adam told us to “stop talking before he raises his voice at us.” For a paying guest, that is beyond unprofessional, it is intimidating and completely unacceptable. This is absolutely disgusting service. I paid for a confirmed booking and expected at least basic professionalism and accountability. Instead, I was met with excuses, zero ownership, and complete disregard for guests. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.

Danielle st front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Sabrina in housekeeping was very friendly and assisted us with what we needed. Maureen at breakfast watched my support dog, Faith while I got my breakfast. All of the housekeeping, front desk and maintenance staff were really friendly.
