Hampton Inn Chicago-Carol Stream

They only good thing about staying here. This time around was the initial woman who checked us in. I believe her name was Veronica or Victoria. It definitely started with a V. She was very helpful and very sympathetic. She helped us get situated and even brought up some personal items for us from her own supply. The rest of the trip was ridiculous. I had planned for a king size executive suite. There was absolutely nothing in the room. There was no towels. There was no soap there was no trash cans. We were staying at the same time as a large group of hockey players who were across the room for us very very loud, keeping their door, propped open, constantly running up and down the hallways. At breakfast time they ran out of coffee and eggs. There was no help getting our room stocked during the daytime with towels. There was no garbage help. There was no house cleaning help. The rest of the staff seemed rude, overworked and bothered by any request.

It was clean updated and comfortable

Not the hotel’s fault but when exiting you can only turn right and then if you need to go east you have to do a u turn but honestly that’s not a big deal

Wilma was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Wilma,Dianna,Julianna were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were extremely clean and the food is always good. Plan on coming back.

From the moment I arrive, the receptionist made me feel welcome. Absolutely Amazing Stay at the Hampton Inn. The receptionist and every single staff member were friendly professional and welcoming. The service was top tier and made me feel right at home. Everything was on points. They are all awesome. I will 100% stay here again.

First time you check in they give you a complimentary bag and welcome you to the hotel the hotel was clean and spotless with a nice smell breakfast was delicious in the morning different varieties of things to eat room service was excellent also so if you were to ask me if I will come back the answer would be yes
