Hampton Inn Chicago-Carol Stream

The room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and drink and was well supplied. The staff was friendly and informative when asked questions.

During the second day of our stay we figured out that there was no heat in the room. Once I called the front desk help came to fix the issue, but they were not able to fix the problem. Changing to a different room was offered but it was after 10pm and I declined to change room then but I would talk to front desk after breakfast the next day. What I DID like is the manager came to our room and took care of the problem so we had heat.

Place was clean and quiet with super comfy bed. Couldn't have asked for anything more for my one night stay.

Recently remodeled - very nice - big daily breakfast buffet - excellent food very friendly staff

Elevators very slow and only 1 running

I was traveling with my wife and granddaughter, and we stayed one night at you hotel. At breakfast we asked Angel for a sharp knife to cut up an apple. He washed, and cut up the apple for my granddaughter, and was happy to do it.

Great experience at the newly renovated Hampton Inn Chicago Carol Stream. The rooms are comfortable and have a modern look. Angel does a great job of keeping the food for breakfast hot and fresh. I recommend this hotel for business or personal travel.
