Super clean

Everything was great except for the hot tub was broke in the pool area.

Breakfast was great

Hotel was not clean in any of the common areas. Bathroom near pool area was filthy. Pool was ice cold and the hot tub was out of order with standing water in it. The ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floor were out of ice and we were told they just needed time to refill. However, when we looked closer they were unplugged. Only the 3rd floor had a working ice machine. The back door of the hotel had the lock removed as the hotel is renovating and had problems with the door opening so they just removed the lock! No security day or night. Scary. There was also a button missing from the elevator where you could stick your fingers in and touch live wires. Not sure why the listing didn't show it was under renovation, but this is far more than inconvenience for renovation. Stay away!!!

This falls very short of a Hilton property. The spa was not working and was a disgusting scummy mess. Our room did not get cleaned on the 2nd day there. Our entry door has a gap, it must not be a fire safety door. Our bathtub was like a canoe it went up on the sides and down in the middle. The best part were the people that set up the breakfast they worked so hard and did a great job. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs some remodeling and maintenance done on it.

They are currenty renovating - but that wasnt my problem - lot of people worked for hotel but very few actually looked like they liked there job- they had plenty of staff as a regular customer of the brand of hotel i give it a 5 out of 10

They did not make the bed once and i was there for 3 nights - i had to ask for clean towels the second day - i had one counter person who was fantastic and went out of her way to try to help me figure my plane reservations she was lovely unfortunately i dd not grt her name but she had long braids snd im guessing she was lste 40s.

This hotel was on the bottom end of "ok". We could barely get into the door. The front desk worker (who was very friendly) had to basically break in for us (and our neighboring room too). She said she knew exactly what we were talking about when we went down to see her, so it's been an issue that just hasn't been taken care of. It was terribly hard to get into the room every single time. Then, we had to call front desk again because there were no towels or wash cloths. When she brought up towels, every one of them had stains on them. We ordered food that evening. Before we went to sleep, I put everything in the refrigerator except one small container of ranch. When we woke up there were ants absolutely everywhere. I had ants in my purse for hours after we left. My husband asked to speak to a manager about the ants, but he wasn't there at the time. We were told he would reach out via phone or email, but we have yet to hear from him. I guess the hotel was clean-ish everywhere else, but it was really hard to look past the stained towels and ants. I'd pass on this one and head down to Holiday Inn if I were you.
