Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Cypress Station

Pool was not open. One back door wouldn't open with key card and it wasn't anywhere near the time that was stated that it wouldn't work. But they were very nice rooms for the price and area of town. The hot breakfast was good but not actually very hot at all. We would definitely stay there again though.

We booked ahead and when we got there our room was not available, they gave us a king bedroom but we were three adults, so we agreed to use the sofa bed but had no blankets or pillows, we requested and were told out of blankets and then no iron or coffee in the room

There are five of us - me, my husband and three children. When we were offered this option on Booking, it looked good. True, it was written about only one bed. But we indicated how many of us (five!) - so, probably, there were additional sofas. However, this turned out not to be the case. There really was one bed, and a rather small sofa. The parts of the mechanism were sticking out of the sofa, which caused bruises on my legs. The room was not ventilated in any way. The windows did not open. The smells did not go away. They refused to provide us with another room with the required number of beds for the same money.

Clean property. Staff is nice

The laundry facility was down. I stayed there about a year ago and it was the same. One of the reasons I picked it was it had a laundry facility. We were there for a basketball tournament and needed to wash uniforms.
