Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Cypress Station

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has excellent facilities, chief amongst them is the great complimentary breakfast and heated indoor pool, not to mention the spacious new gym and laundry services. The greatest thing about this hotel are the staff members. All were very helpful and kind. Kevin was particularly accommodating and the rest of the staff members were great. Thank you all for a great stay.

The place was clean per usual. I always attempt to find a Hampton hotel anytime I’m in need of a place to stay but this was by far the best stay I’ve had. Kevin was very helpful and made sure to take care of any needs I may have had. Honestly every single staff working from July 4-5th was great. I hope all other locations can match this experience

Clean property and professional staff

No hot breakfast, plastic forks and knives, and the appliances in my bathroom sink were broken

Was in the town for business. Stayed at this Hampton which is pretty close to airport. Usually all around the world Hampton’s are good at hospitality but this one was above and beyond. Much better. The reason was clearly their agent, Mr Kevin. He didn’t only help me a week before my check in by re-arranging the hours but also during the stay did his best to set the quality high. Thanks!

Initial room we were in the door did not lock so we had to switch rooms. Breakfast was cold.
