Upon arrival room was clean. But air conditioning was leaking, maids didn’t clean 2nd day, and we only had 2 towels for 2 adults for 2 days! Front desk was very helpful.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I have to say that the manager, Kevin Pereira, is absolutely fantastic. Not only does he greet you warmly every morning, but if you need anything, he's always there to help. He made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Houston!

"#13 Radiation Treatment "

It was the best hotel I have stayed in this area. Clean and smelling good! My mother was getting radiation for her cancer. Mr Kevin greeted us with a smile and was the best help throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. The swimming pool was so warm and refreshing. The breakfast was top notch. We spent 2 nights and felt like Queens! I can’t say enough good stuff about Hampton Inn and suites!

The staff was great. Upon check-in Asia was very helpful in getting us located and telling us about the hotel and the neighborhood. Our entire stay was very pleasant. The staff appeared to be very happy to be working there. The room was clean, and the hotel smelled clean. Would stay there again.

So convenient to be located at near shopping area including super market. Coffee can be serviced during my stay and decaf or normal coffee can be selected.
