Hotel Chacao Cumberland

The type of room requested wasn't available, so they "kindly" asigned me a lower class room (standard , instead of premium) but under the same rate for the premium room.

Pleasantly surprised at the condition of the lobby and our room. The staff at check in actually spoke English. Not so elsewhere in the country! No Internet in the room. Had to sit in the lobby to get connected. No pool unfortunately.

Nadie te ayuda con las valijas, no aportan información sobre la ciudad que se solicita, los pedidos se atienden con una burocracia exasperante, no correspondiente con el costo de un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

This was a nice hotel for a business trip. In my case I was travelling with a nine year old and a pool would have been nice But for the rest it was ok Thanks Eric

Cuartos confortables, hay poca disponibilidad para el servicio a la habitación pero la comida es buena. El desayuno es tipo bufete y es excelente

POR LA CALIDAD DE MI TRABAJO, DEBO LLEVAR VEHICULO A DONDE QUIERA QUE VOY. CUANDO LLEGUE ME ENCONTRE QUE NO POSEEN ESTACIONAMIENTO PROPIO. HAY UN ESTACIONAMIENTO AL LADO QUE NO PERTENECE AL HOTEL Y QUE DEBE CANCELARESE ADICIONALMENTE Y QUE ADEMAS CIERRA A LAS 9:15 PM. SI SE LE OCURRE LLEGAR UN POCO MAS TARDE, EL VEHICULO QUEDA EN LA ACERA DE LA CALLE . NO RECOMENDADO PARA VIAJES CON VEHICULO

It was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and very clean.
