I didn’t like anything about this property, I wouldn’t stay there again!

Uncleanliness, room floor dirty, need renovations, ceiling falling apart, blood on the floor that had been clean up, white towels look dirty, sockets don’t work, patch up work all around the room along the floor and ceiling, fridge was dirty upon arrival. I can go on and on about this NASTY ROOM. Storage was full on my phone wasn’t able to take photos! Y’all know how it look! Room 217

This is an older hotel. We stayed here for 2 whole weeks, so we could see everything that was going on. Most of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. There was one guy who was not nice. He wasn't rude, but his willingness to help or do anything for the customers was negligible. JP, his wife & mother, did a great job with cleaning the rooms and hotel. April was also great handling the breakfast area, and we were always glad to see her there! Good job y'all!! Also, their proximity to the 10 freeway is very convenient. Some cons that need to be addressed: 1. During the 2 weeks, there was a time that the breakfast area had no plates, and another time that they had no forks and no napkins. This is unacceptable and the ordering of the breakfast supplies need to be much more organized and regimented. 2. The breakfast offerings were boring and not very good. The egg omelets were rubber (probably came from frozen packs), the sausage patties were yuck and hard to eat or swallow. Same with the "bacon" - tasted more like artificial plastic/rubber. We did go to breakfast, and had their coffee, juice, bread and cream cheese packets. Sometimes we got a waffle. 3. The cleanliness is a hit or miss. They wash the lobby's floors very frequently (why?), and their floor detergent smells bad. But hey, they're cleaning, which is good. The room was cleaned to perfection, but the bathroom is not in a good condition, and there's no cleaning that could fix that. 4. The back of the hotel has a couple of concrete benches that are used by the smokers. One is broken. There's a bird bath and grill there, with some weird containers coming out of it. Unfortunately, the smokers use all of these to discard of their cigarette butts and empty packets. This area was never cleaned! All in all, I would give this hotel a 7 out of 10.
