Wasn’t large so elevators weren’t always taken, breakfast was great!

We booked this specific hotel for the indoor pool and the heater was broken. The kids were heartbroken.

"The worst two nights of a lackluster Hotel experience of my life."

Absolutely nothing. I like when it was time to go home.

It was rundown. The customer service was horrific. The front desk guy was very rude and not very attentive. On the phone and watching videos while on the clock. The bathroom was got awful and it needed a major remodel. Half of the plugs in the rooms didn’t work the Sheet Rock the trim the walls the flooring all needed to be updated. The smoke detector was unplugged and no batteries were in them whatsoever. oh, and it was roach infested so unacceptable! I’m horrified that me and my family was subjected to this lackluster experience. I will not be gracing the comfort Inn suite sports Plex with my presence ever again! oh, and last, but certainly not least. The locks never worked! We stayed having to go downstairs to the front desk to have them re-keyed only to be met with a mean man at the front desk. This obviously has been going on for two years according to the mean man.

Everything was fine ..

The only thing we had a problem with was that the pool had to much chlorine and the paint was coming off the bottom of the pool it was all in the water..
