Nothing. Great hotel and staff

After finding a 2 1/2” swath of menstrual blood dripping down from my toilet seat and onto the outside of the toilet bowl and realizing that the backside of my scrotum had picked up some of it while I moved forward to wipe, was beyond disgusting. Then I got a smart ass response from the desk clerk – with no apology whatsoever – insincerely saying she would let them know and pushing back on my complaint by saying “Have you ever heard of a period? It’s a natural bodily function; we don’t issue refunds.” Well, I’m never going back and I will tell everyone I know what a sleazy place this is; for the rest of my life, as I will never forget it. Oh yeah, that’s not including the earwig and yellow fluid marks on the bathroom walls! I also had given them a second chance as several months prior our room was full of cat litter. At least the previous owner’s manager gave us another room and a full refund.

Short way off the freeway but on a quieter side street; a few restaurants and fast food places nearby; cheerful greeting from registration staff; very pleasant room, clean and well maintained. I will stay again.

The young lady at the front desk was ready with my reservation when I arrived and made it a fast and efficient process.

Nothing to complain about. I have stayed there before and always had nice stays.

The breakfast was excellant and above and beyond with lots of variety and options. I love it when the windows can open. The ac/heat unit worked great, no glitches, and the TV worked (which I often can not figure out)
