Maui Seaside Hotel

Is our favor place in Maui. If you want to be close to North Shore Maui for a reasonable rate and a good stay, great atmosphere for family, anyone. Nice pool. The hotel has been renovated. We have been customers of this hotel since the original one. Is our must stay in Maui. There is something about this place that has it all and very special. Is located right in front of the ocean- harbor. You can see the canoes early morning. They also have games on their large yard for people to play, free of charge. Plenty of parking. It’s nice how they have multiple spots to feel your bottle with cold water. There is a restaurant Tande’s right next to the hotel. Also there is a coffee shop walk distance too.

La proximité avec l’aéroport et le service de navette. Assez central dans Kahului aussi et pour aller n’importe où sur l’île. La piscine était propre et les chambres dans la portion rénovée très bien avec la petite kitchenette.

Les clés qui se démagnétisaient constamment. Ça n’arrive pas avec les clés à puce mais ils ont encore des clés avec la bande magnétique. J’ai dû faire changer mes clés 5 fois en 2 jours, et chaque fois je devais attendre 5-10 min au comptoir parce que d’autres gens faisaient un check-in. C’était débilisant quand je voulais juste pouvoir rentrer dans ma chambre. Et aucune offre de compensation quelconque pour tout ce tracas. Leurs chambres de base sont plutôt lugubres, et donnent sur un stationnement/le boulevard. L’upgrade est inévitable et ça finit à presque 400 US la nuit, ce qui est vraiment cher pour ce que c’est. Le parking était souvent plein quand on rentrait le soir, une fois nous avons dûs nous stationner dans l’hôtel à côté… Un dernier truc, les toilettes avec une porte coulissante qui ne donne aucune intimité… la porte laisse un jour de 2 po, c’est la nouvelle mode dans les hotels mais c’est franchement mal pensé!!

Beautiful pool area, lots of greenery on the property. Plenty of parking, for a fee. Room was cozy, nice comfy bed. The location was central to several tourist spots; Paia, Kihei, Lahaina, Road to Hana. The attached restaurant was excellent and reasonable. Great stay.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room we had was very big and comfy for my husband, my daughter and I. The view is incredible (volcano and ocean). The pool and chairs + outside games are great. The lobby and outside space are beautiful.

The fact that there is a restaurant (which is by the way just ok) next to the hotel does not provide any coffee or tea. It could be a plus in the lobby :)

Clean, convenient, and great staff.

Only got to stay one night before flying out, but enjoyed it! Clean and updated room with AC (booked an ocean view knowing we’d be on the second floor as reviews said some rooms had flooded). I had to work and there was good wifi and places to work in the lobby area or by the pool. It was raining when we arrived, but we were still able to enjoy the Sunday market with many food truck options. Didn’t get to check out th hotel restaurant, but did also enjoy the bakery Dow the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Great local hotel in Kahului. The room was clean and well stocked. We booked on kama‘āina pricing. Except for the exit door alarm going off one of our mornings there, it was a great stay.
