Maui Seaside Hotel

Main bldg was very nice. Like the shuttle bus!!!!

My room was in order area but I only stayed fir 1 night so its fine. Major issue was loud people leaving at 0330h woke me up and usually I sleep through most noise.

Well, it's a motel. You're paying for the location right by the shore so you can roll out of bed and walk to the beach. I didn't use the pool but they provide towels and it's lit at night. The accommodations are fine, except there is a laundry line in the shower to hang clothes, which is actually brilliant. I give it an extra star for Fe at the front desk, who is amazing and provides A+ hospitality. She was so kind and patient in answering all my questions. There is a restaurant on the grounds, which will do in a pinch. There is also a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the airport, so make sure you schedule it with the hotel in advance!

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!DONT BE FOOLED BY "THIRD PARTY PHOTOS" or hotel photos. THE HOTEL ROOMS ARE NASTY NASTY ! Shame on Capital One Travel ! The pictures of the room on the websites are for rooms that can be upgraded to not the room you think you are booking. But, hotel will tell you they will upgrade to a nicer room for an extra 100 a night. I already paid 800 for two nights for the $&@$ room. Then you have to pay amenity fees for VENDING MACHINE, TOWELS, and use of the POOL. Mind you those fees are not listed when you book, it is only after you receive your confirmation that it is listed. You may ignore it because when you book it will say "all fees included"--lies! You pay and you pay $25 a night for parking. I was told the manage doesn't work til Sunday and is unavailable and today is Friday. Front desk clerk refused to refund so we could go to different hotel. This hotel is the equivalent of a motel 6. DONT BE FOOLED BY HILTON CURIO TAPESTRY COMING SOON CLAIMS. JUST STAY AWAY. Pictures don't lie (unless you are on any of the hotel websites). Look at my photos! Don't let courtyard photos lead you to believe the rooms are nice , they aren't. We were just one of several groups that complained with no resolution!

Lovely little hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Older property, very clean, very comfortable bed!
