A good hotel

We had a great time Perfect location. No complaints!

We loved our room with a balcony. We do wish the resort had a hot tub!

This hotel is in a fantastic ocean facing location, close to restaurants, shops, the pier with water taxis that can take you to other beaches and beauty spots! I stay in sea-view junior suite which is enormous and can watch the best sunsets on earth from my balcony. BUT! Of course there is a BUT! The bed is brick-hard and the pillows are old and lumpy! I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so uncomfortable bed and pillows, hopefully hotel management will read this review and buy some decent mattress toppers for future guests. A mix of super friendly and also rude staff. Nacho the bell boy and our breakfast server Samuel are so friendly and keen to help and look after you, but some other staff in the main restaurant are not as nice. I assume if you come to PV you are not looking for a quiet and peaceful stay but if you do then you should know that the public beach in front of the hotel doesn’t get quiet even at night! Music starts at 6am and at night drunken tourists come with portable speakers and have parties, so you need to be a good sleeper 🤣 Would I come back here, yes, I would but will probably bring my own pillow 🤣

We loved being in the Romantic Zone. Right in the heart of the action. Close to the Malecon and many good restaurants. I think that the only buffet restaurant that the all-inclusive offered to eat at, got boring. If they had included 3 a la carte meals at their other restaurant during the week, like other resorts do, would have improved the experience.

Great stay as always, new owners have made some changes, some ok some maybe not, but nothing that won’t have us come back!

I liked the service. However, our toilet leaked the entire time we were there. The front desk said it would be replaced and even made a day and time to do the work. No one ever showed up.

We were returning from a 3 day stay in Yelapa via water taxi & I was soo fortunate to find this gem right at the end of the Pier! Our view was absolutely stunning! Beautiful room & amazing staff! Our flight was delayed back to Canada & they were kind enough to allow us to hang out by the oceanfron pool after our checkout:) Thanks, we will be back! Cheers, Janet & Dan from NS, Canada

Zona Romantica is our favorite part of Puerto Vallarta. Hotel was wonderful, we stayed for 2 nights in the suite on the 6 floor . This is very good size room with a balcony and ocean view. The hotel surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants.

Amazing room with amazing view. The adult only section is definitely worth the upgrade. Private pool with private bar.
