Nice place to enjoy the American Gulf. Hotel staff is efficient and courteous. On site restaurants are good and there are several choices. Beautiful sun rise and sunset seen at the hotel.

"Do not stay in the pool rooms"

Don’t stay in the rooms overlooking the pool! Drunk, screaming guests act like ghetto trash and the front desk said there’s nothing they can do about it, the hot tubs are open 24 hours a day. Room 355 has blood on the curtains and a moldy, disgusting shower. For $900 a night you expect more.

I enjoyed my stay at Tween Waters. However, I was disappointed in my room. The bathroom really needs a major renovation. When turning on the shower, it felt like the fixture was going to come out of the wall. Additionlly, the towels are paper thin. The room itself needs an upgrade as well. The pools were nice and there are plenty of chairs. The food was excellent and the wait staff was very pleasant. They could use a little ice cream shop. I've seen them at other resorts and they're delicious and fun. Just one more thing...I did not care for the young women who checked me in. She rushed me and her directions were not clear. Overall, I had a great week and will come back but will request one of the other buildings for my accommodations.
