"Great experience with boat"

Rented a boat and fishing equipment Could not have been happier with the experience. Everyone we encountered was more than nice/friendly. Cindy is the gift shop is truly a treasure. In the boat rental side the team hustles to make sure you do not have to lift a finger. Directions on navigation, lunch spots, where to see manatees were all spot on. Love the way they talked to you and gave directions without being overbearing or condescending. Just hit the perfect note all around. Would definitelyreccomend!

This is a nice place. Not 4 diamond be very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pools are nice. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular. The food was 5 star and the bartenders, Brian & Issy got 5 stars also. They still have work to do to recover from the past storms so there are some things that still need attention. I would recommend staying there.

Both beach and pool are just steps away from the room. Room was super nice. The outside of the building could need some TLC. A shower near the building to wash off sand from the beach would be helpful.

Site of a family wedding. Property appeared fully recovered from the last hurricane. All was in order, well run, would return in the future.

Simply Paradise. Loved the easy stroll to the gorgeous beach. Great view of the Gulf from our balcony. Small kitchenette was great way to save on breakfast and lunch. Our best meal of the week was at the Old Captiva House - mere steps from our room. Took a complimentary kayak paddle and saw a mother manatee basking peacefully at the water’s surface. Our AC unit developed a leak that was promptly addressed by management. To sum up, Tween Waters is a quaint property with lots of amenities located in an idyllic setting. Looking forward to returning.
