Made the mistake of not reading reviews before booking. Once we arrived, we were shocked at the very strong musty smell in the room and how dated and dirty everything felt - exactly what hundreds of others have left reviews about. I can't believe this hotel is a Hyatt. We stayed exactly 23 minutes - just enough time to book another hotel from my phone and get the heck out of there. The girl working at the front desk was not at all surprised by this and I got the feeling it happens all the time. This hotel is what I would expect from a low-end motel.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of my room during my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the room appeared extremely antiquated and had a strong damp and cigarette smoke odor upon arrival. The overall cleanliness of the room was below the standard I would expect from a Hyatt property and clearly in need of a deep cleaning and refresh. Additionally, the bathroom condition was even more concerning. It did not appear to have been properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned, which significantly impacted my comfort and overall guest experience. I selected your hotel expecting the quality and cleanliness typically associated with the Hyatt brand, so this experience was very disappointing. I would appreciate management reviewing these concerns and advising what can be done to address this matter. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
