Do not stay at this hotel should not even have the Hyatt name on the front

Nice suite. Comfortable bed. I liked having a fill size refrigerator with an ice maker.

The elevator closest to our room was out of order. We had to walk a long way to the other elevator.

Pros: Location, price, size Cons: Room and hallway was dirty, bathroom had ball of hair left behind in it. Lighting was poor throughout the room, especially in bathrooms. Given the poor lighting and marks on walls and carpet, I was unable to get past the ick factor after finding the hairball in the shower as I stepped in. I asked for help on the Hyatt app and staff came to wipe down the bathroom within about half an hour. They were friendly enough, but the room still didn't feel clean after their 5 minute bathroom wipe down.

I love staying at Hyatt Houses because of the normal standard they have. This hotel looked below average from the second pulling up. When I saw the room I was given, it looked like it had black mold on the walls. I went downstairs and requested a new room and after some confusion the guy at the desk gave me a new room. When I went into this room the tub was completely yellow and had a pvc pipe sticking out of the roof of the shower. The pipe continuously dripped when any aspect of any close bathroom was used. The shower also had pink bacteria/mold around the drain and on the edges of the shower. This being the second room I received, I did not see a point in asking for another. When I was trying to sleep that night the door continuously shook and sounded like it was opening when people walked by, opened doors, etc. The lock was not very sturdy and made me very uneasy. I tried to move furniture in front of the door to help protect from someone breaking in. When I woke up the next morning I notice what look like black mold on the ceiling. After all of this I was uncomfortable staying any longer for my health and safety. I checked with the desk to see if I could check out early without charges and I was told I could. When I checked out I was told I would be emailed a receipt. After several hours we called the hotel to get the receipt because I was never checked out from the morning. When called I was told I would get my discount room rate charge because I did not stay the whole length and they refused to knock the charge off. While in the hotel multiple other parties I have no relation to expressed their disgust with the hotels and rooms. I do not recommend staying here.
