Good location that allows easy travel into the City center by use of the orange line trains. Majority of staff were friendly enough.

Room is in need of a deep clean. Unfortunately we misplaced the tv remote and the items found whilst searching for it would make many check out and book another hotel!! The fridge kept leaking and the carpet in front(clearly stained from before) was stinking.

Room was big enough, and the hotel provided free shuttle to the airport, which is like 20 minutes away.

I had ground level room, windows could not be opened and people from outside could watch in if the curtain is away. Air conidtioning strength could not be set (though there werer 3 level, but no difference). No vegetables at breakfast. Interestingly I could use the wifi with laptop, but not with my phone. And it was quite slow actually during the day. But the most important aspect is that it was very expensive.

The staff were kind and professional. I really appreciate Eddie and how he helped with the airport shuttle.
