The Village at Steamboat

On our road trip through CO, UT and WY, this was by far our best hotel. The room was huge, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, a washing machine and a dryer. After 2 weeks of road tripping, the washing machine came in very handy. The staff was very accommodating, pointing us at a great place to eat, and arranging a reservation for us at Strawberry Hot Springs. Kids loved the pop-corn in the lobby. The pool was open early and late, making it possible for our kids to jump in the pool before setting off for our next leg of our journey (into Rocky Mountains National Park) It was also the cheapest room of our entire trip.

Our room was 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Unless if I didn't find it!

Awesome stay at Village at steamboat! Large and clean suite with great amenities, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and nice pool / lobby area. This is all you need when travel with family. Very impressed by the stay here and will come back again.

Our “deluxe studio” unit had a queen Murphy Bed. Pictures depicted a bed and we were unprepared for a Murphy bed and not happy about it. While it was comfortable enough, it was a pain lowering and raising it and keeping things clear from it when it came down. Our unit was updated and nice but very stuffy in hot weather with one small window and no privacy with the shade open.

Pleasant staff. They had games one could check out and additional coffee for the room. The underground parking was great. Convenient location and several pools.

It was clean and in a good location. There was a ceiling fan.

My room was on the second floor. There was no elevator. The bed was a pull out bed aka Murphy bed. I was able to rest some, but I was not able to sleep. There was no air conditioning.

Really liked the place, friendlt staff.

No breakfast. Simple studio with Murphy bed.

Mattress could have been better. Well worn. I would suggest a replacement. Paper products cheap.
